Thank you for shopping with us! At our ecommerce company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined our return policy below:

Eligibility: We accept returns for all items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, and all tags and labels must be attached.

 

Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order on our website.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns for gift cards or digital products. Final sale items are also non-refundable.
